Thanks in advance. All builders use a set in house product key specific to their company. This key is embedded in the BIOS and the reload media pulls it during setup. With reload media you never have to input the key. I will say I don't much care for the method Lenovo uses, Toshiba does the same thing (on the consumer side at least). But I also can't complain about the Lenovo systems I have used, they are pretty darn rock solid.
